On some models the probe might require light sanding to loosen the tolerances between the probe and the sensor. This will be the case with any replacement you buy due to the constant heating and cooling (expanding and contracting) of the bltouch sensor as it is being used on your 3d printer. To sand the probe all you have to do is wrap it in a piece of sand paper and twist a few times. This doesn’t happen on all but maybe one in 20 it does?
