WHAT IS A SPIRIT ANIMAL
I
n pagan religions, a spirit animal or totem is meant to be a representation of the qualities that you will learn or are supposed to have.  In the shamanic custom, most persons have a spirit animal also called a power animal to empower and protect them from harm, like
guardian spirits
or angels
. In these traditions, the power animal may also lend the wisdom or attributes of its kind to those under its protection.
WHAT IS DOLOMITE STONE
Dolomite is an ornamental and asphalt stone that varies widely in color and appearance.  Mostly tan it sometimes can be yellow to brown, pink to red, green, or gray in tint and can be  spotted with an array of colors.  In general, Dolomite encourages self-realization and assists manifestation. It promotes a charitable, generous attitude, and assists the ability to receive.  It aids creativity and encourages spontaneity. It strengthens a sense of tradition and helps one acclimate to new surroundings.  Energetically, Dolomite aligns and balances while removing energetic blockages.  Emotionally, Dolomite encourages balance and calm, alleviating negative emotions. It relieves depression and sorrow, and soothes hurt, loneliness, and anxiety.  Physically, Dolomite promotes energy and stabilizes overall health, with special focus on blood circulation and the heart. The strongest effect is achieved by spending time in a stone circle of dolomite. Dolomite stimulates the metabolism of calcium and magnesium, thereby strengthening bones, teeth, nails, and hair.  Farmers have also used Dolomite to lower the earth’s acidity.
